I was referred to the office by a friend of mine. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! The front office was so welcoming as a first time patient. I was seen by Dr. Justin who explained everything to me and didn't make me feel bad for not being in the dentist for awhile. The back office did great taking my xrays. I struggle when they take them, but the assistant was very patient with me and helped me through it. Patrick did my cleaning - and now I know why my friend recommended them. Patrick was thorough and answered any questions I had. He made me feel so comfortable! They offered me payment options to help me get the best treatment plan for me and gave me payment options as well. Loved, Loved, LOVED the office!!!

I really recommend coming here if you're looking for a dentist. The whole team was great and super nice. I was seen by Dr. Justin and was really impressed by how thorough he was, he did not seem rushed and really took his time to explain things to me. He also mentioned a few things he recommend we should keep an eye on. I felt really comfortable and had such a great positive experience, thank you again so much!!!

Dentist of Ontario Ranch truly sets the standard for what a dental office should be. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine commitment to making every patient feel comfortable. Danae and Kiara were both exceptional. They made the entire experience seamless, took the time to answer questions, and made me feel like more than just another appointment on the schedule. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail really stood out. A special thank you to Maida, the Office Manager. You can tell she has created an amazing culture where teamwork, communication, and patient care are top priorities. The office is organized, efficient, and everyone works together to provide an outstanding experience. I also want to recognize Dr. Srithongrung for providing exceptional care. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel confident and comfortable throughout my visit. It’s easy to see how much he cares about his patients and the quality of treatment he provides. I just so happen to be there on a fabulous day where they have an in house Periodontist, a specialist they say! But i was the one who truly felt special! His name was Dr. Balshe. I was also impressed by how comprehensive the office is, offering preventive care, hygiene, crowns, cosmetic dentistry, implants, root canals, periodontal treatment, oral surgery, and so much more…..all in a modern, welcoming environment where it put all my concerns at ease with dental. If you’re looking for a dental office with an incredible team that truly puts patients first, I highly recommend Dentist of Ontario Ranch. Danae, Kiara, Maida, Dr. Srithongrung, and the entire staff are doing an amazing job. Five stars all the way!

It was like going to a 5 star Spa Resort! I feel like a VIP here. Just started with this office in May of this year and had cleaning. Exams and had two root canals performed same day!!! The Dr has heavenly hands did not feel the injections any time ! Johnny was incredibly nice and had great customer service . Jonathan and Gabriela made me feel very comfortable when I had temporaries done to get my zirconian crowns ! Big shout out to the Best team in Ontario Ranch dentistry ! Thank you all for such a positive experience . Will see you soon !

When this office first opened, my experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the dentists were knowledgeable and took the time to explain procedures and treatment options. The office's follow-up was outstanding—they consistently called to remind me about cleanings, recommended preventive services, and made sure I stayed on schedule with my dental care. I also had three teeth extracted and bridges placed here. At the time, the bridges were fabricated on-site, which meant I received them immediately. That level of service was a huge convenience and one of the reasons I continued coming back. About six months later, however, I noticed a significant change. The proactive communication stopped. The reminder calls disappeared, and the overall level of engagement wasn't the same. When I visited the office, I learned that the original dentist had sold the practice to another dentist. I don't fault the current dentist—he seems professional and pleasant, and I'm keeping an open mind. However, I do wish the transition had been communicated to existing patients. A simple notification would have allowed patients to make an informed decision about whether they wanted to continue their care with the new provider, just as they had chosen the original practice. For patients who have been coming here since the office first opened, just be aware that the practice is different now. That isn't necessarily a negative thing, but the experience and level of service have changed. My only recommendation is for Smile Generation to do a better job communicating major changes like a change in ownership or primary dentist. That kind of transparency helps build trust and allows patients to make informed decisions about their care.
