Took my mini van with a check engine light and a relatively minor oil leak. I had a diag code for the check engine light and told them most likely spark plugs need replacement. Turned out I was right. They over charged me for spark plugs replacement and took 2 more days than what they had committed. They created a report and scared me about two issues; one that three of the car engine mounts were damaged and a wheel controller also was damaged. Basically normal wear and tear was represented as an emergency. They estimated ~$3.5k for that work. When I went to pick the car, it wouldn’t start. I saw that my cars positive battery terminal was loose. First they lied and said they didn’t touch it. Then accepted that they took it off for the spark plugs replacement work. They said it’s all corroded so they can’t put it back. I had to replace it myself. A few hours later my tpms sensors were indicating low air in the tires. I verified a few times that the air pressure was correct in all tires. I suspect they did something while messing with the wheels and didn’t know how to put things back. That problem still exists while it never was an issue before I gave them the car. I had asked them to fix the oil leak and they charged me $300 for it. Five days later I noticed that there was a bigger patch of fresh oil in my garage! The dip stick was dry! I couldn’t believe that after spending $300, I had a bigger oil leak problem and it could have ruined the car engine had I not noticed the oil in the garage! I had to take the car elsewhere and they essentially showed me how bad the leak had become. Do not trust Dublin Auto Care! They are dishonest and incompetent!

They are honest. Maybe a good place to go for other brands but not Mercedes. They lack domain knowledge for Mercedes. None of the time they can get it right first time, even air filter replacement. And lack of knowledge of how to diagnose Mercedes' issue such as oil leak, air suspension line leak. They even charge when they can't get it right first time.

Only place I'll take my Porsche. Tommy was great. He took his time to research things about my car in addition to just providing information about the immediate problem and took time to explain everything he discovered. They understand how to work on difficult car brands, and high-end cars. Labor prices are standard for a high-end shop. I highly recommend them as they are a shop you can trust.
