Nareg was a fantastic sales associate who helped me for hours find the right vehicle for me and even brought out numerous different vehicles for me to test drive to find the right fit. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional throughout the buying process. The sales manager was also super helpful and worked with me to get me the best deal on my trade in and helped work the best numbers pit for me to make the deal happen. Lastly, the finance team was also super helpful and worked with me to get the best deals and outcome for all parties. I would definitely recommend Envision Ford to family and friends and would definitely buy my next vehicle here.

The Service Department personnel, especially Polo, have been great in past visits. On the last visit I needed to make I was disheartened to find that Envision Ford no longer offers ride service to and from the service dept. This forced me to abandon the Service I had scheduled and find another dealership service department. Service Department pricing is beyond outrageous as it is, but to try to cut on basic amenities only damages the Customer Experience beyond repair. Add the 3% fee on Credit Card transactions on top of it and it eliminates Envision Service for me.

5 stars for our salesperson, Yari! She was great to work with, had no issues, and went above and beyond to help us! She’s not like any other sales person, she’s straightforward, and doesn’t make you feel like they’re holding you hostage just to make a sale! However, the manager was rude and for some reason, they make it so difficult for you to even book an appointment for the used car mechanic due to their availability or vice versa.

Worst dealership ever 😡.. Our experience with Envision Ford Durate was very disappointing. We were told we were purchasing a brand-new car, but later discovered it had been used as a demo vehicle. This was never disclosed to us before the sale, yet we were charged the full price of a new car. When we raised our concerns, the dealership denied responsibility instead of providing a fair explanation or solution. The salesperson's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which only made the situation worse. Buying a car requires trust, honesty, and transparency. Unfortunately, our experience at Envision Ford Durate lacked all three. I encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to verify all vehicle details, including whether it has been used as a demo vehicle, before signing any paperwork.

I brought in my work Van to have an oil change and potentially brakes done. The dealership went out of their way to get approval from the fleet vehicle management company to do Motor mounts, spark plugs, and coolant. All of which were largely unnecessary when really all it needed were brakes and an oil change. The Envision Ford of Duarte dealership would then proceed to drag me along a 4 day process of telling me it would be done the next day. On the final day I advised them that i would need the vehicle immediately as they were costing me money because of the days I missed work whilst they held the vehicle. Upon collection of the vehicle I found out that the only work they completed was an oil change, when the night before picking it up I was told all the work was finished and all that was needed was a test drive. To summarize, Envision Ford of Duarte took advantage of the fact that this was a fleet managed vehicle without puting any thought into the technician that used the vehicle. They ended up costing me money in shifts and Ubers whilst managing to only complete an oil change within 4 days. Additionally upon picking the vehicle up i was met with extreme attitude and disrespect by many of the managers at the service center. Absolutely awful experience with them and I will be sure to never go back to them. Unfortunate to have this experience when its a dealership, where you are expecting to have the highest level of experience. I wouldnt wish this on anyone else.
