Had an appointment and everything went so smoothly! Dropped off my vehicle and was out the door in less than an hour. Mike was able to do the service himself, which definitely helped speed things up. Great service and I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great experience at this shop. Mauricio Vladimir and his staff were courteous, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. They replaced a couple of my tires and oil change done quickly and made everything smooth and hassle-free. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated their friendly and honest approach. I’ll definitely be returning for my future tire and automotive needs. Highly recommended!

One of the better Firestones in the San Gabriel Valley. Staff is courteous and knowledgable. Work is done as quickly as they are able. I originally came to this one (I had been going to another location) when something went wrong with my truck at a nearby grocery store- and I kept coming back here because they were so much better!

Terrible service. I overpaid due to the life time brake pad warranty. I get here and they charge the price of all for brake pads in labor. Then once they make you wait 3 hours they tell you that’s just the price for 2. To top it off I called ahead, confirmed on the spot again. Then they tell me it’s double the cost. I came in and told them exactly how much life was left on my brake pads. They wasted my time. Never will I use Firestone service again

Always great service when I come here. When I dont have the time or the chance to drop it off at the dealership, I just come to Firestone. They are a closer drive for me and they even are cheaper. Everything that gets done is understandable and they always make sure it is not over priced for me. Will continue to come here as long as I live here in Baldwin Park.
