I had a great experience at the dealership, especially working with Gabriel. He was incredibly patient and took the time to show me several different cars without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He explained all the features, answered every question I had, and gave me honest information to help me make the best decision. Gabriel also worked hard to help me get the best deal possible and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right car, I highly recommend asking for Gabriel!

Jimmy made buying my dream car an unforgettable experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to work with from start to finish. I have visited other dealerships before coming here and man I can definitely say it was a rollercoaster . Rather than feeling rushed and straight to business, he truly took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and helped me find the perfect match. The entire process felt transparent and comfortable, which is SUPER rare when buying a car. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, professional, and truly committed to helping you get the car you want, Jimmy is the person to see. Thank you to the whole staff aswell that went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible. I couldn’t be happier with my new ride . Thank you

I purchased my 2020 year vehicle from this dealership about 4 years ago in 2022 and with all my honesty, I feel duped. (1) Cost of the vehicle was way higher than the fair market value. If I were to sell my vehicle now, I am about $10K off. I am from the city so I didn't know much about the car and I genuinely didn't know what to look for. I didn't negotiate for the price either. All I knew was that it was really expensive for the vehicle I got. There was no consultation to help me make "logical" decisions, which I understand why they didn't help. In fact, they saw me struggling to make decisions for up to 1hr in front of the purchase agreement form, but did not help a bit in anything. I lacked guidance. (2) DAMAGED INTERIOR: Followed by (1), over the months and years, I realized that there are missing OEM screws and damaged carpets. Damaged robbers by the exterior windshield from for a 1 year old car (at that time). The seats came either with white stains(which I cannot remove even today) and small tears but clearly I was dumb enough to not know how to precisely judge the car condition. However, with anyone's clear conscientiousness, the car was over priced. Not only that, I realized that the previous owner potentially had a child/children because I found a whole bulk of pink slime residues through the speaker in the front. They melted through the holes and that's a permanent damage. And the dealership DID NOT clean it. I had to do it myself. It just goes on and on. Cookies scrambles all over the seat pockets. I still find these today after nearly owning this vehicle for 4 years. Plus, missing carpets for the floors. (Within one month of the purchase, my headlight went off and it was brutal.) (3) FRAUDULENT ACCIDENT REPORT: Carfax does not show this with the VIN # of the vehicle I purchased, but I eventually learned that this vehicle was in an accident and the trunk door cannot be closed tightly permanently. There were several paint work done in the rear bumpers (both sides), not by the professionals. It's been painful to see it everyday. I am confident that the dealership knew about this but did not disclose it. (4) ANOTHER HEADLIGHT ISSUE: $980 vs $10 repair cost? I came back for the headlight outage two years ago. They gave me a quote of $980s for a couple of hours of labor + diagnostic work + repair. They gave me all kinds of reasons why it would cost me nearly $1,000 for this issue. I knew it was not right. So I took it to my mechanic friend and he fixed it in 15-20minutes with less than $10 equipment fee. Apparently, he didn't have to take out all parts to diagnose the way the dealership told me. Plus, it was the the headlight corrosion. I never looked at a car in my whole life, and even I was able to tell that the light bult wires were corroded. You can see it with your bear eyes. The friend taught me how to fix it, and I can fix it myself now. With all respect, after spending 4 years in the West Coast, learning how to fix my own car as a female, I officially believe I was taken advantage by this dealership. Unfortunate. It is a nice dealership on the facades BUT my experience has been negative.

I recently bought a car from Bravo and had a really great experience. The whole process was quick and easy, which I honestly didn’t expect. I wasn’t even sure I’d get approved for the car I really wanted, but the team really worked with me and made it happen. They did an amazing job finding the exact model and color I was looking for, and I feel like I got a really good deal too. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. My husband’s lease is ending soon, and we’ve already decided we’ll be coming back here in a few months for his car as well. I would definitely recommend Bravo.

Went in to purchase a new Grand Cherokee and the process was amazing. Our salesperson Gia was amazing also. I called about 30 minutes before arriving and she had the vehicle pulled up and ready for a test drive. Gia made the entire process super enjoyable & was not pushy like most sales people. This dealership is extremely transparent with you. The guy in financing is hilarious and super quick and explained everything to the T. Will definitely be referring all of my friends to this dealership.
