Really superior customer service. We knew what we wanted and Javier was helpful from beginning to end. Communication was consistent and clear. Walked us thru the buying process, setting us up with Riham with the financing and even showing us the perks of our new vehicle. Set us up with the Hyundai link app too. I had a great experience purchasing my new Tucson Hybrid from Downey Hyundai. Nima was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was responsive, straightforward, and worked with me to get the exact vehicle and deal I was looking for. He also went out of his way to have everything prepared ahead of time because I had a limited amount of time before work. I also want to thank his manager, Pepe, for working with me on the deal and making everything come together. They honored everything we had discussed beforehand, and the process at the dealership was smooth and easy. I guess overall it was not bad. Same dealer tactics as I’m familiar with. They give a discount in one area then add a few more bucks in other areas and when u catch it, oops it was an error. Salesman Juan was very professional and helpful though so if u go ask for him.
