Save your time and money by not going - Super Dissatisfied. I decided to come here to get a set done for my birthday. They assigned Maggie as my technician, I showed her a pic off of their instagram of how I wanted my lashes to look . Mind you I know everyone has different eye shapes so I chose one similar to mine . Maggie said i can go 18% of this style & that's when i started to worry so I told her to just make it look good. I also wanted bottom lashes to which she said I shouldn't get , & so I trusted the process. Anyways after the service was done , I took one quick look and then took off as I had birthday plans. I got home and the first comment I received from a family member is "the right side looks more fuller than the left" So I looked and did realize something looks off (the first pic provided) The following day I had to go to work so i couldn't go back , anyways the next day (2 days later) i've had significant amount of fall out and it's only been 2 days ! I know to not wet your lashes for the next 24 hours & i didn't but i would constantly wake up to lashes on my pillow case. Anyways I called and they asked to send a picture and had me return to "fix" it , I come in and they assigned me the same tech ‍ Gave her another shot & guess what... the same thing happened 2 days later (second picture provided) so then I called again and told them I was dissatisfied not only once ! but Twice ! & I feel like I wasted time and money and requested a refund since the service was not as expected. especially after paying $140 for lashes & $30 for lash cleanser and then a 3% merchant fee so I literally spent $178 for lashes to not even last me a full week when they should last at least a month . Unfortunately, this business did not do the right thing . They invited me in AGAIN for a 3rd time to fix my lashes & said they cannot give me a refund... and now looking at the reviews it has happened to other ladies before . I'm just going to have to eat the cost and never come back here again unfortunately. I don't know if it's the quality of products or the technicians not knowing how to do proper retention. I know how to properly take care of lashes as I've had them before in the past & my previous tech moved out of state I thought I would give this place a chance especially since they had those Anime lashes . But just beware if you do come here you may waste money on lashes that don't last longer than a week. /:

love getting my lashes done by Maggie! She is so talented, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. My lashes always come out beautiful, exactly how I want them, and I get so many compliments! Maggie is truly amazing, love her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and reliable lash tech. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes! Thank you Maggie 💕✨

only lash salon i would ever go to , i love their work , all the girls there do a great job and always beautiful lashes …. doesn’t matter what style i ask for , Joy always does my lashes so beautiful !!! 💕

Love getting my lashes done here, Joy does mine, but alll the girls do really great work. The shop is very clean and peaceful. Definitely check them out! They post a lot of their work on instagram too if you need some inspo before coming in.

I always have an amazing experience here. The studio is super clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and they’re always so kind and professional. The music is calming, the vibe is peaceful, and my lashes come out perfect every single time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes.💕💕💕
