Highly recommend this shop for fair pricing, great staff and solid work! A/C repaired , just in time for the summer heat... Been coming here for years with multiple vehicles and always had good experiences.

Enrique was very helpful over the phone and in person. Great customer care! Alvaro was awesome in helping the tow truck driver dismantle the car. Ernesto was very sweet over the phone. All this attention to detail is why I chose to go to Velasco Auto Care Center!

Bad customer service. I went to get a price for a car battery. After approximately 2 minutes I was acknowledged by a male employee. He asked what service I needed. I told him I needed a new battery. He said ok, and asked for my vehicle information. Then he immediately started talking with a customer on the phone. He didn't tell me anything. He just stopped talking to me. There was a female employee there as well but she didn't say anything. There were no other customers in person. I walked out and left. I don't know how about the quality of their vehicle repairs, but if bad customer service is an indicator I'm glad I left.

Very professional and accommodating. The office was clean and plenty cold water on the hot days. Enrique and Andrea were very helpful and knowledgeable. What they didn't know they found out.
