I never experienced such exceptional service and care from anyone before, Anthony Argueta did a wonderful job serving me as a first time customer but also kinda, courageous and genuinely invested in their customers satisfaction. Had a great experience at this shop. My service advisor, Isaiah, was professional, friendly, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated along the way. The technician was also very thorough with the diagnosis and was able to accurately identify the issue with my vehicle. I really appreciate the attention to detail and honest approach to the repair. Thank you to Isaiah and the tech team for providing excellent service. Highly recommended!

I take all my cars to Downey Car Care Center. Honest prices and great service. I got so tired of my dealership scams with unnecessary services because the service consultants just try to stack up their commission. Downey Car Care is the best place to go. So happy I tried this place.

--10☆'s.🤬 Have been going to Downey auto care for years. But I haddent been in a while, so I thought I would have my new to me 2013 GMC Terrain Detailed they were not too busy. It was very expensive, $400 ±. They said it would be 4hr. They said in and out they do everything. So I thought ok my truck will really look new. So after about almost 2 hours, my husband went to go check and see and watch for a few. The man said they were done. He said, "Really? He came back over to me and said it's done. I said it's barley 2 hrs. So he looked at it. I looked it looked washed the interior was cleaned. So we left, and the more and more we looked at it. It was not waxed at all it still had the tiny wash scratches. There were no signs of waxing or polishing at all. 😤😢I was so disappointed with Downey auto care center. I used to recommend their servers. Never again never!! Never go there it's not the same owners or something.. 😡🤬 NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL...

I had my oil changed the day. It was my first time going there and I would definitely consider going back ! The customer service was wonderful and they also gave me recommendations, but didn't pressure me at all to get those things done at this time. Thank you so much ! 😊
