I'm giving this place 5 stars and here's why... This is my first experience using anytime fitness and I visit family and friends around Sacramento in the Bay area so I visited quite a few. So far this one has been my favorite out of the 5 I have visited. And here's why... + not crowded. I never really have an issue finding parking or using any of the equipment. Maybe another bench press would be nice but honestly right now, There's plenty here. +My gym. Maybe this is playing on the not crowded but I really feel like this is my gym. The people running the place are part of the equipment. They offer training and nutritional education. You can text them, they have books by them, and education all around. At other gyms I feel like I'm a guest and there's equipment. At this gym I feel like it's my gym. This is my equipment and the trainers are here at will ready to assist. And I feel the vibe is they want to have their guest feel like we're getting more. That's what makes this place feel unique. There a chalk board asking people what their goals are, I like that. I think this part is going to be really what sets this place apart from the other anytimes I've been at. The other places feel like gyms that you can walk into and not get noticed. You're just a number and that's not bad but this place you don't have to be a number if you don't want to be. I also like that they allow local businesses put up their cards and stuff. This place is part of the community. And these other businesses who call this gym their home, that's their neighbors. Fueling the personal gym feeling. I just want to to this and say that it's cool to see the education 🎓🎓 backing on the trainers. And you don't need to go talk to them. They have stuff on the walls guiding you for free. +Cleanliness 24hour fitness, for the one that is 24 in Sacramento, absolutely disgusting 😂, this place is great, I feel bad coming here straight after work. 😭😂 But this place is great. Cleaner then any planet fitness I've been to, I've seen other anytimes match this cleanliness except for San Jose, which is probably due to high traffic, but still there's no excuse. And this place does its job. Also the sanitizing spray bottles, there's plenty. I enjoy a nice wipe down of my equipment. 😂 +The guests theres a mixed bag of locals here. All ages. People choosing healthier choices, I don't see too many Crazy Gym rats 🏋️‍♂️ it's mostly chill. I went to another anytime I won't say where, but he was chadding it up, dropping weights, grunting 😂🤣 NO JUDGING but damn bro chill. I'm at Dixon anytime M-F I don't see none of that really 😂 -blades

Not a 5 star place, but above a 4 star. It is an older gym, but the equipment is very well maintained. I travel a lot and have visited AF many places. This location definitely has the best assortment of equipment I've seen. I appreciated that the music was not too loud. It makes it easier to hear my workout instructions and music. Bathrooms are clean. They do need to replace their workout mats and update their shower rooms (at least fix their hand soap dispensers, one did not dispense and the other was missing) Overall, it is quite a nice gym. With ample parking.
