I'm from Davis,but I randomly stopped at this Safeway recently to make a purchase and it totally exceeded my expectations.The store was very clean and well stocked and Jayden,the cashier was very helpful and he went out of his way to help his customers.The checkout line was also very quick and the store wasn't crowded up and it was very easy to navigate.I would definitely consider coming here in the future and giving my business to this location.:)

My experience at Safeway is usually just fine aside from purchasing formula which they make very inconvenient for parents. I can live with keeping it locked up, but having a button there to press for assistance and not responding is truly frustrating. It’s near every occasion, not just one busy time. I then have to ring up my other items at the register, tell them I need formula, pay for my items, go wait for formula once again, get back in a new line and pay again. If it’s going to be locked up there should be a better process at hand.

This review is specifically for Robin in the deli department. She made the most incredible sandwich, she took her time and made it with care and you could really tell. The sandwich was incredible 10/10. Please let her train the other employees so you’re sandwiches can always be this good 🙌

Got my daughter’s birthday cake here last weekend and it was the best cake we’ve ever had for a birthday 10/10 It was amazing everyone loved the taste and quality and the whole decoration of it was beautiful. Thank you so much!

As I entered the Safeway, I was completely lost. I had no clue where I was going, and just like that, my hero came to my rescue. Adam Martinez. As soon as I saw him, his gentle and calling aura washed all over me. In an instant, all my fear and troubles just faded away as he spoke to me. " Hey there, you need help finding what you're looking for, because if you are, I'm here for you. I'm here to make sure that your shopping experience is the best in the world". He bravely showed me the way through the Safeway aisles, efficiently and quickly finding all my items like a true Safeway team member. This experience, this journey, will never leave my mind. I look back fondly on my Safeway trip to get discounted Sushi. To this day.
