I was in need of four new tires for my 2024 F150 Hankook 275/60R20BSW all-terrain. And in need of a four wheel alignment. I explained to the salesman that I wanted the exact tire, which he acknowledged and ordered them for a next day delivery. I dropped my truck off at approximately 8:45 AM and received a call after 3 PM informing me the truck was ready to be picked up. Needing my truck for several hours, I did hurry over to their location to pick up my truck. And as I walked to my truck, which was parked in the back of their shop, I noticed that the tires looked completely different from what I was used to. The tires that were mounted on my truck were Hankook Dynapro AT2 Xtreme. This tire provides a much more of a rigid drive not to mention the increased road noise that I was unaccustomed to. I guess I’m stuck with tires I did not want.

Booked an appointment for tire rotation and oil change. When I went to drop it off I was told I'd get a call "explaining the service and the price in a little bit and a second call when it's done" 4 hours later, no calls. I decide to just go check, my car is on the rack! I'm thinking it's probably almost done. Nope! They've barely started. It'll be "15 more minutes to finish the oil change" and they haven't done the tire rotation yet. Apparently, this is my fault for not mentioning a 'time constraint'. Left without the rotation. Total time to just do a simple oil change with an appointment? 4.5 hours. Discounted the oil change from $104->$85 for the issue. I'd rather have my time back. 4.5 hours and now I have to make another appointment and take more time to take it in somewhere else for the other half of the service I booked. I'll never be back.

Trust, quality and reliability are the first words that come to mind when I think of Dixon Tire Pros. I bring my personal vehicles and work vehicles here and only here for all repairs and maintenance. Andrew, Chris and the rest of the team do an amazing job delivering on a reputation that is so important in a small town like Dixon. I highly recommend putting your trust in this business.

I stopped by the shop and asked the first person I saw if they were available to look at my tire. Michael was very willing to assist and I explained to him I was going on a long road trip. He took his time to inspect my tire and provided his professional opinion. I appreciated his professionalism and kindness and willingness to help me. Due to his service I will give Dixon Tire Pros my business in the near future.

We had a tire get punctured on one of our company vehicles which ended up getting damaged so much it had to be replaced. Tire Pros was able to get me scheduled on a short turnaround and get a replacement tire ordered for delivery the next day, plus they provided a shuttle ride back to where I had driven from in Dixon that really saved my day! I don’t live in Dixon myself but we use them regularly for our fleet vehicle base run Dixon and I’d definitely bring my own truck by them if I loved there too.
