This little hidden Oasis is definitely worth a trip to the desert! When driving up to the location don't be worried, GPS is taking you to the right place and once you walk into the doors of this little boutique resort you will immediately forget that you're in the middle of nowhere surrounded by residential homes in not the best of neighborhood. The lobby is tastefully designed and unexpectedly impressive. When booking a "balcony room/mountain view" keep in mind that your view will be the parking lot and surrounding neighborhood, however the night scene makes up for the lack thereof daytime scenery. If you plan on staying in your room, I'd recommend a balcony to enjoy the evening, but if you plan on mostly taking advantage of the outdoor amenities and plan to stargaze from the "Oasis" whether it be in a hot tub or lounge chair, I would say just book a standard room. The standard rooms have large beautiful windows that provide the same view at night. I must be honest in saying that I was highly disappointed to discover that the "overnight spa package" does not include a signature massage with your overnight stay and is in fact charged separately contrary to how it was sold when booking our stay and when I addressed the matter I was told that a 10% discount was given on the room, but that too was not the case. Nevertheless, we did enjoy the property as it possessed a quiet, meditative ambiance. The rooms are adorably decorated and the resort's boutique style is charming. Having an onsite café and not needing to leave the property to dine was a bonus. The Himalayan Salt Room and Ice Room was beyond amazing as well as floating in the pool listening to the whispers of other guests. Overall: Was it worth the drive? Most definitely Would we stay again? Absolutely Would we refer to others? A quick yes VERDICT: WEEKEND WORTHY

I can't say enough good things about this experience. From check-in to check out, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made our visit very relaxing. My husband and I went for an anniversary trip so we booked the Romantic Sunset Oasis Tub (which I highly recommend). Everything was set up beautifully and it was beyond my expectations! And the food there? Great. The cafe had yummy options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of the amenities and pools were so fun to check out throughout the day, we didn't leave the property once until our check out. We are excited to come back again in the future.

I needed a solo trip, and I'm so glad that my Instagram feed showed me this place. This place is only 2 hours east of Los Angeles and easy to get to. Service was great from the moment I walked into the hotel. Thankful for three charging stations right on the property. Throughout my stay, staff were always tidying up, refilling water stations, fixing lounge chairs, and you never saw an overflow of used cups. The oasis was beautiful, and guests kept to the 30-minute limit, allowing all guests to have a private moment. The pool was a great temperature, and guests were mindful of the quiet rules. I've frequented hot springs, and what I LOVE is that there was no lingering odor and smell that one associates with hot springs. This made having it pour into your room's soaking tub way more enjoyable. I appreciated the simple touch of having tea lights and incense available while you enjoy the soaking tub. Both massage and facial ... were PHENOMENAL. Advice: - Be mindful that the cafe closes early. - You can request a late checkout. BUT if it doesn't happen, you can check out, leave your items at the front desk, and continue using the amenities. I've already recommended this place to several people. Will come back.

4.9 stars. Azure truly is an Oasis. The pools and grounds are fabulous, and the food is extraordinary. I spent a small fortune in the gift shop buying up its rare finds. A negative was the showers in the women’s locker room — every shower was full of hair (in the drains, on the floor and on the walls). It was 3 pm, so not the end of the day either. The older woman employee (no offense, I’m old too) who oversees the women’s locker room would be better off ensuring the showers are clean vs combing the grounds to shush 🤫 everyone. She did this all afternoon, and no one was loud or bothersome. She was annoying. Another guest asked me if the pool I was in was hotter than the one she was in, and just then that same employee walked in and told us to be quiet. No one else was in there, and we weren’t loud at all. Her only purpose to come in was to shush us, because she left immediately afterward. We were inside an enclosed room with two jacuzzis. The jets were louder than we were, and so was she.

It’s a great experience to take advantage of nature’s gift: thermal water with lots of minerals. Not only the property is beautiful but the interior and the atmosphere are also. Front desk employees are very kind and customer friendly. Amanda was so happy that she was able to arrange / re-arrange my massage! Which I greatly appreciate!!! She went above and beyond!!! 5* or more!!! Thank you!
