We are here for our now I think 4th time. The last 3 times have been in the last few months and it’s been nothing short of great. The staff is really nice and friendly, but doesn’t feel like your “customer service is my job” friendly. The food is really good and VERY fairly priced. To the point you really don’t have to leave and find food if you don’t want to. And the bartenders have been really friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Showers are great and clean. Pools and the area itself are very clean and feel new. Overall this is a great establishment let alone for the price. 100% recommend to visit here for a relaxing time!

Wow, what a great stay at Aqua Soleil Hotel and mineral springs. The front desk manned by Omarion and Kathy greeted us with smiles and friendly attitudes that you rarely get these days. We got into our room which was spacious, well appointed and extremely clean. The pool and jacuzzi were phenomenal. There must really be something to the mineral water because I don't ever remember feeling that relaxed. There really was something in the water because you could tell every other guest felt the same way. We highly recommend Aqua Soleil hotel for a relaxing stay. We will definitely return. Prices vary widely depending on dates so check ahead. Our visit was very reasonable.

Staying at Hotel Aqua Soleil was honestly one of the more outdated and sketchy hotel experiences I’ve had. I’ll start with the positive the front desk staff was amazing. Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also has a bar/restaurant inside, which is definitely a nice convenience. Customer service overall was good, but it’s clear some staff could use more training. For example, the morning staff didn’t seem to know how to properly pour a beer, and there were moments that felt unprofessional like kicking a couple out for not ordering food. As for the stay itself, there were quite a few issues. The rooms felt very outdated and unfinished. There was no carpet at all just straight concrete flooring, which was honestly really weird and not something you typically see, even in lower-budget hotels. The walls, floors, and even the door gaps made noise a constant problem. There are small cracks underneath the door, so you can hear everything going on outside, and people can hear you just as easily from inside. On top of that, you can hear people walking by your door, people upstairs, and constant footsteps throughout the day and night. It made it really hard to relax. The water pressure was also terrible I could barely wash properly, and I’m not even a big person, so that was frustrating. The room itself lacked basic touches. There was no water provided in the room (just coffee in the morning), and even simple things like getting ice required going to another floor. The towels had visible stains, which is never a good sign. We specifically requested a ground floor room with a balcony. While we did get the ground floor, the balcony we paid for wasn’t honored, which was disappointing and felt misleading. Overall, while the front desk staff was great, the hotel itself needs serious upgrades and better attention to detail. Between the noise, lack of comfort, cleanliness concerns, and not honoring what was booked, it just didn’t meet expectations. With improvements in training, maintenance, and overall quality, this place could be much better but as it stands now, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room with a private pool was very clean and recently painted. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. We also ate at their new restaurant that opened last week and were pleasantly surprised on how good our meal was. Very good value for the price we paid. We will definitely return again.

The rooms are clean, the place is quiet, but the service is really what makes this place shine. We initially found this place while in the area for a family member's sudden medical emergency. They were wonderfully kind and flexible with us since we didn't know how long we'd need to stay. Once we learned we would need to be back and forth to the area over time, we kept coming back. They have been consistently amazing every time.
