Your team was phenomenal...zero room for improvement. Fast, thorough and entertaining all at the same time. It's why our company fleet comes here. The Capistrano Beach crew sets the customer care bar so high...other auto shops need to charter a plane just to see it. You hire very well.

My 15-minute oil change took 1 hour and 23 minutes. I understand things can take longer than expected, but the communication and expectations were really poor. All I heard was “sorry for the wait” and “it should be soon.” As the line backed up behind me, they shifted manpower to the newer arrivals to keep those customers from leaving, which only made those of us already waiting wait even longer. And once your car is in, you can’t exactly leave, which makes clear and reasonable expectations even more important. The actual service was good. The communication was awful.

Technicians were efficient, knowledgeable and were customer service centric. It was a swift but thorough visit. They were even conscientious to assist with discounts on the service so I didn’t feel like I was being price gouged. Highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience. All the employees were friendly and worked diligently. They even showed me that my filter was in good condition. It was my first visit and I plan on returning. I had an oil change, changed wipers and my tires rotated.
