Great Classes! Every teacher is good! I especially love the classes by Curr’esha & Marilla. The rooms are heated to perfection. Challenging, but staying in the room is so rewarding! The front desk team is also a beautiful warm welcome! Highly recommend the unlimited membership. I’ve done 3-4 classes a week & it’s truly helped my skin, digestion, flexibility, strength & mental health.

Never in a million years did I think I could actually do hot yoga. Here I am now obsessed with hot yoga sculpt classes! And I feel confident to now explore Hot 8’s other class offerings. The community feel of the Culver City location and the constant encouragement from the staff and teachers is something I have not experienced from other studios. They empower you and make you feel like you can do anything. I think that’s what I love most. How empowering they are from the time you come into the front door up through the time you spend on the mat in class. I go 2-3 times a week now. The classes are super fun, challenging and my body is literally transformed!

Took Kathryn’s and Andrew’s Community Barre/Strength Classes on 5/13/2026 and 5/15/2026, respectively. They were both amazing! Truly enjoyed both of their classes! They are knowledgeable instructors that will guide through a challenging but fun workouts! Such great classes and community around this studio, my favorite location. Shoutout DrewAnn and Leyla for creating such a welcoming environment in this studio!

Hot8yoga has the friendliest staff and amazing accommodations! The bathrooms (including the showers) and studios are very cleanly and well-kept. Cold towels are even provided for workouts, kept in a mini fridge by the lockers. They truly think of every detail here! Every single instructor I have worked with (I mainly got to the hot yoga, sculpt, & barre classes), has been absolutely wonderful, friendly, and so very helpful! They are very supportive and the vibe-y music, along with their amazing guidance and affirmations, set the tone for a really great class and community. I’ve met friends there that are super cool and it is truly a great environment, especially for the price (which is really worth it, if you make the most of it and go often). I would definitely recommend here (I go to the hot yoga studio in Culver City), although it is very hot (hence the name) and takes some getting used to, it’s good for beginners or people who are just trying to get back into yoga or working out, such as I! If you are a beginner/not as trained in cardio or in maintaining stamina, I would recommend just beginning with a calmer class such as the hot yoga or yin. This will improve flexibility, your familiarly with the moves, and help improve your stamina/resistance to the heat. Then from there, barre and sculpt are great classes to branch off of and work up to, once you have trained for a bit and become acclimated to the heat. Overall, hot8yoga is an amazing studio with varying exercises that target whatever area you want to focus on! With focuses on strength, flexibility, and simply stretching/recovery in different classes, it is equipped for whatever your needs are. I would highly recommend and have no complaints for this awesome, classy space!
