I had an absolutely fantastic broker that had insisted that this dealership was top-notch- I was so excited because he had sold me on their underground (color) 4 x 4, Toyota Tacoma TRD double cab. I would be adding A runner board and ceramic to protect the paint and also change out the flares with Toyota parts. I planned to do it all at this dealership.… Minus a few stumbles along the way, the Feneral manager took care of negotiating something he felt comfortable with and put me in the care of a very good serviceman, Ozzy, I will be returning to. Recommended dealership

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received. Miguel and Nordine were the best! I highly recommend them!!!!! I was able to do a build and located the dealership that was closest to me. The purchasing was so efficient. Will definitely return for my next car.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Elena in acquisitions at Culver City Toyota! She made the entire process of selling our Toyota Camry incredibly seamless from start to finish. Elena was gracious, professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate our schedule made a huge difference, and we genuinely appreciated how easy she made everything. On top of that, she gave us a very fair and competitive offer for our car, which we couldn’t have been happier with. Elena delivers spectacular client service and is clearly an asset to Culver City Toyota. We absolutely adore her and highly recommend working with her if you get the chance. Thanks again, Elena!

Loved the customer service, just don't like that items (all weather mats) that were promised were not available and I have yet to receive them after 30 days. Edit: The dealer ultimately honored the agreement after this review was posted. I’ve adjusted the rating to 4 stars, though it’s hard to say if the outcome would have been the same without posting the review.
