Shout out to the guy working drive thru Friday the 24th, im not from LA and we couldnt find anything to eat open thats cheap, he let us order pickup since the lobby was closed. Overall, he was super sweet and just amazing. I dont know his name but he was a bigger guy, if he sees this you were awsome !!!! Great food after warped tour

Horrible service veryyyyyy rude Manager who claims to be Emily was unprofessional. I will never go to the one in cudahy again even my family and friends will be told not to go. Missing items accused me of lying and getting my items. Usually an employee apologizes and says sorry for that and gives u what’s missing not tell you i can’t do anything about it with an attitude when im paying. Very bad service and on top of that Found a long hair in my food. Never again obviously need more training before dealing with customers

Not a "welcome to Taco Bell" or "hello please feel free to use our kiosk to order and let me know if you need help" and not a single "picking up or dining in" Employees just look at you and keep doing what they're doing... but please keep playing your loud ahh reggaeton music
