The only reason why I give this store a 5 start is because of this wonderful lady that works at the bakery Ana Lima. This lady needs a raise she went above and beyond when we purchased a cake for my son graduation. They need to hire more people like her. Thank you Anita your an amazing person

I JUST WANT TO THANK YOU FOR BEING VERY KIND TO YOUR HOMELESS AND DISABLED SENIOR CITIZENS IN YOUR MARKET I HAD GONE IN THERE WITH MY CART THAT I ALSO USE TO WALK TO PURCHASE A FEW ITEMS AND WAS TREATED VERY WELL BY THE EMPLOYEES. SSDI ONLY PAYS ME $1,260 A MONTH SO IT'S BASICALLY ENOUGH MONEY TO BE HOMELESS AND THAT'S ABOUT IT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND UNDERSTANDING. GOD BLESS YOU AND THE LORD JESUS BE WITH YOU ALL.

Terrible customer service from manager mayra and cashier Julia Carachure. My elderly mother went today to get my wic items since I am in postpartum and can't go. This cashier and manager treated my mother with disrespect. They have lack of ethics of how to respond to customers complaints and concerns. The managers in the office were laughing and talking about my mother when she was filing a complaint about the cashier Julia. Julia was even screaming at my mother because my mom was asking why a wic product didn't go through when we always get it from this store and all her responds was yelling at her and telling her that she didn't will have to start the process over even though they can see it because I have that situation before and they would tell me what wasn't covered through wic. The fact that my elderly mother came back home with stress just by going to get my items is very inconsiderate. I will never go there again with my family

Bought papayas here which we ripe and good! They were on sale so expected to be moderate quality but was surprised. Need to work on employee training but most ppl are nice

I’ll give the baker 5 stars short old dark skin lady with glasses. I’ll update the name later, I order a cake the day before as requested by baker. To begin the lady already refused to make a 3leches with chocolate. That they make that type. When clearly I’m looking at a cake in display. Any ways I pay for my custom cake. I go pick up today, to find out it was never made. Manager was understanding and refund the funds but I just want to bring to your attention that my son’s birthday is ruined. Thank you superior market. May you have a blessed day.
