Great product and fantastic family meal, but unfortunately, the service is really lacking. Every time I come in to order a family meal, the deli staff just looks at each other and the order, waiting until I make eye contact before anyone picks it up. It happens every single time. I love the meal itself, but I just wish the process was smoother. I also think they should add a tally mark system like they do for the sandwich orders so the family meal orders are tracked just as easily. And on top of that, it almost feels like they put extra seasoning just to discourage people from coming in. Please fix this, I really want to keep enjoying this meal, but the experience needs improvement.

Love Sprouts Farmers Market for weekly groceries! Lots of variety of healthful foods and I really appreciate that. Also very clean and staff is on hand and helpful if I ever can't find what I'm looking for.

Customer Service went down terribly the past months.The lanky emo with the patchy beard who always has his hoodie up is very rude,disrespectful and ran thru, he couldn't be bothered to greet me or move aside so I can grab something from the meat section but the moment he was approached by a woman he had a friendly demeanor, moved his entire cart and move aside for her, do better and stop being ran thru, you shouldn't just be respectful there to the gender you like. Its was very disappointing and i wont be returning.

The store is nice but the some areas can be a little sketchy if you're not from around here. I know the area and I do feel safe, haven't run across crime but I have seen gang graffiti here and there. It's not near a fwy, and this area is a very congested very high density part of the County, If you're a tourist, I would wait till you get to Orange County before you get off the fwy to supply up especially if you're in a hurry.

Words can not express the kindness that Isaiah, the meat/seafood associate shared towards me during my experience at sprouts. I have a unique sensory issue to touching meat and seafood. Without even me asking, he offered to take the skin off of the mahi i was interested in purchasing. I know it may seem small, to customers like myself, that kindness goes along way. I have nothing but appreciation to give to him and bc of his ability to go above and beyond, This gentleman will go places! Please make sure he gets recognition for his service and kindness. The world needs more associates like him. THANK YOU ISAIAH! YOU ARE AWESOME!
