GET A COPY OF TREATMENT PLAN BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. Because they will give You another plan for a sign, and a copy with different price. At least I had this situation.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Richard Chu’s office for the past six months, and I can honestly say he and his amazing team make every visit a wonderful experience. Dr. Chu is not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly kind and gentle, he truly cares about his patients’ comfort and well-being. His entire staff deserves special recognition, Tina, Evelyn, Eva, Giselle, and Evelyn (assistant) are all so welcoming, patient, and attentive. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and care. They make sure every detail is handled smoothly, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly and with kindness. It’s rare to find a dental office that feels this personal and compassionate. I’m so grateful for Dr. Chu and his wonderful team, they’ve turned what used to be a stressful appointment into something I actually look forward to. Thank you all for your outstanding care and for always treating your patients like family.

I’ve been going to Dentalville since I started my braces procedure. They’ve been great at working with me to get to my appointments. It’s never too busy at the office and the people who work there are so so nice. I’m so happy my medical provider referred me to this dentist as it’s been the best dental experience I’ve had. I think it’s now under a new name though. So far so good.
