So I purchased a membership to get my monthly treatments and so far so good. Krystal has been amazing at explaining the options for treatments to address my skin goals. I’ve done two microneedling sessions with salmon DNA and my skin is looking very good; brighter and overall skin improvement. She has different cocktails as well with this treatment. She also has a different type of equipment for microneedling and is very unique and AMAZING! I highly recommend Krystal!

This place was a nightmare! I called and made an appointment and received a text for the appointment confirming the time. I was sick so I needed the immunity boost. I get there ten minutes early and no one answers the door so I call the number. The lady who answered told me she misread the appointment time and she’d be there in ten minutes. I decided to wait for her. Ten minutes later I get another call from the same lady saying she won’t be there for another 20 minutes! Meanwhile I’m super sick outside waiting for her! She then tells me she can give me a $20 discount for the inconvenience. Later she changes it and says it might be better to cancel. What a waste of my time! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and if I were you, I’d go elsewhere! Save yourself the trouble and headache! Now she's trying to say I was rude, when I was not. I was simply irritated at the circumstances and I was really sick! I was never rude to her! Those are all lies!!!

I’ve been searching for another massage therapist for a while now I saw that La Vi offered massages. I booked a deep tissue massage with Katherine. This girl is amazing, I think I’ve found my therapist. I felt so good and relaxed after the massage and into the following weeks. I’ve booked again and can’t wait for my next massage. She also offers other massages check the website out for a menu. If you want to take the kinks out, definitely book Katherine, she’s the best.
