I'm a new patient at West Covina Dental from the moment I called I was taken care of. I had a last minute change in sxhedule and they accomodated me. Dr. Zak texted me before my visit to welcome me and ask if there were concerns. During my visit he was very thoughtful and thorough when explaing my treatment. Tom my dental hygienist was excellent. He made me feel so comfotable and he also took the time to answer questions and explain the procedure. I felt well taken care of here. Great experience overall!

I cannot say enough great things about West Covina Dental Group! It is truly an amazing facility with top-notch team. From the moment of scheduling my appointment and the moment I walked in, Juliette, Brooke Anabela and Jessica provided exceptional service and care. They made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I walked in to good hands to care my dental health after so many struggles with other dental offices. Dr. Perez is an outstanding dentist who did incredible work on my teeth, explaining every step of the process with genuine patience and expertise I can’t say how thankful I am to be one of his patients. Kayla my hygienist was fantastic, gentle, thorough and incredibly professional. Beyond the stellar dental work, the team went above and beyond to relieve the stress and the pain of my dental concerns and Brooke helped me find the best financial options to start my treatment without any stress I’m very grateful to her. Anabela she’s so sweet hearted and compassionate thank you for making the dental work process easy and Comfortable along with Dr. Perez. Juliette and Jessica they make you feel so understood just by speaking to them over the phone, they listen to your concerns and provide answers immediately. There’s so much great things to say about each and one of them, just know that you’ll be in good hands, so if you’re looking for a dental office that combines high quality care with true compassion, this is the place to go!!

My Dentist Dr. Abu was thorough and did the work needed with minimal discomfort. Super nice and attentive to needs for breaks to relax jaw. Charlotte the dental assistant did a great job of both helping the doctor and doing the temporary crowns. Tom the dental hygiene did the cleaning. I must say he is one of the best I've ever had. Shout out to Jessica! You're a great miracle ✨️!

I highly recommend this place! I had a great first visit after delaying my dentist appointments for 2 years. I was indecisive about where to go and I’m so glad I chose this place. First, the wait in the lobby was not long. Second, Dr. Rodrick was great at explaining, Diesy was super friendly, and Jeremy was amazing from start to end. I appreciate Jeremy scheduling my next appointment at check in rather than at the end. Third, I was set up for success with all of their help. Fourth, Maria did an amazing job at numbing - I didn’t feel a thing during my treatment. Maria also did my cleaning and the experience was very pleasant. Thank you West Covina Dental team! I look forward to my future dental appointments with you, and I never thought I’d say this about dental care. Update: I’ve been here three times over the last two months for my treatment. Every visit has been a good experience and the process is seamless.

Brought my boys here for ortho. Their new ortho is great! Jenn at the front desk was also super helpful, patient, and thoroughly explained the financial portion of everything. I went to several different orthos and ultimately decided to come here for my boys ortho treatment.
