They need to have friendly staff. I will never exchange lottery tickets here at Safeway again. And this is the last time I make a purchase here. Plus, it took them 10 minutes to serve me.

Safeway @ Corning is our go to market when we head up North to enjoy time together with family on my brother in laws ranch! Everytime we shop here we receive stellar service! Whether it’s the butchers in the back, the cashiers in the front, or any employee we stop for help in between. Each department give top tier service, which personally keeps us coming back when we visit the area!

I love the Safeway store in their brand they're always very clean and courteous and the best of all the products that they carry I only stopped in there for a few minutes to get some fresh fruit that was cut up they were delicious

Have not been back here for six months. My last time in, early morning, so self-checkout wasn't available. Went to the only open checkout and the little boy checking people was beyond rude. I said, "good morning", he said NOTHING. I asked a question. He said nothing. I asked if I could have a bag, he angrily shoved my item in a bag. The only thing he barely uttered was "receipt"? I said to him, "I am sorry I bothered you. I would have used self-checkout if it had been open". I don't know where this guy gets off treating customers like we are bothering him and then being rude for no reason. I have never been rude to employees. I have not shopped here in six months because NOTHING was done about it. The employees can be as rude as they want, treating customers like they are a bother and in the way. I will NOT be treated that way by anyone. The manager needs more training and so do the employees. You are paid to be nice to the customers. I have never had anyone be so rude for absolutely no reason. Safeway now feels like I am bothering them by simply entering the store. If you allow that to happen and do nothing about it, I will never set foot in your store again. My entire family, extended as well, no longer utilize your store and it's over ONE employee who thought he could give me attitude because he didn't want to work that early. He is probably a manager by now...

Everyone working there was super helpful, Lord of items to choose from, highly recommend signing up for the membership as it saves you a handful of money.
