Best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle from a dealership! The sales representative, Daniel Agostinis, was professional and down to earth. Easy to talk to! The finance manager, Mike, was also professional and knowledgeable! I will absolutely return to Corning Ford to buy vehicles in the future!

We were in dire straights . Horrible blowout on our F350 on I5. We are from out of the area headed to Montana. Our tires weren’t good we didn’t realize. We thought a lot of damage was done with the blowout . They took great care of us , we were on the road the next day . Very efficient, supportive, friendly and cost effective , special kudos to Jason in Setvice , he was the bomb

Great customer service! Friendly staff! My business felt welcomed and appreciated. Juan, Senen and Skee made it a great experience by working together to ensure I was taken care of in a timely manner! Juan was able to provide me a shuttle ride back to work while my car was being worked on. Upon picking up my car, they welcomed me back and offered if there was anything else that they could do for me. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

I am a Bay Area resident and today I was driving up Hwy 5 on my way to Southern Oregon. I was driving a new Nissan EV and stopped to charge in Corning. I had trouble navigating the bp pulse charging station at Petro and was panicked that I might not make it to my destination. I called Ford Corning in hopes that I might be able to get there quickly to charge. It was close to closing time. The person who answered my call was Dan A. He told me he would meet me at the charging station and not to worry. Within 5", we met there and he walked me through the process of using the bp pulse system. This kind and generous man got me out of a jam and this random act of kindness will be remembered. So grateful to Dan Augustina for helping me on this hot day. Many thanks to him.
