Local farm to fork grocery specializing in all things olive with an over the counter, casual restaurant onsite. A Corning staple since 1967. Popular amongst locals and travelers. First, I tried out their olive and olive oil sampling station which had over 20 things to taste. My favorites were the artichoke stuffed olive and habanero stuffed olive (spicy!). Very fun to try all the tasty flavors. The grocery store features so much more, primarily local products featuring olives, jams, sauces, and other canned goods. From their restaurant, I ordered the muffuletta sandwich (hot) and a peach white balsamic vinegar milkshake. The muffuletta sandwich was great, tasty salami, ham, and cheese with crispy ciabatta bread. There is a condiments and veggie station where you can add practically whatever you want to your meal. On top of the olive salad included on the sandwich, I leaned into the olive theme and added olive tapenade, black olives, and green olives. Olive heaven, it was so good. The peach white balsamic vinegar milkshake was shockingly delicious. You can actually taste the balsamic vinegar and I was surprised how well it paired with the sweet and creamy peach milkshake. Vibe is locally based, farm to fork, and casual. The sampling station is great, and creates a very inviting welcoming vibe. On top of that, customer service is excellent they are readily wanting to answer questions and help out. Food came out quickly.

Do stop by if you love olives 🫒 and pickles. They have pickled mushrooms, beans, asparagus, okras, onions, brussel sprouts and what not. That have flavored olive oil , a few of which you may see laid out for tasting on the front . Similarly, few of their seasoned olives would be available for tasting. They definitely have more flavors than seen for tasting. Definitely recommend trying their sweet and spicy dill pickle olive and traditional balsamic vinegar! Very good!! Friendly staff and plenty of parking available.

Best place in the entire world. They have all kinds of stuffed olives, local wine, and balsamic vinegar that’s fruit flavoured…? Amazing. Plus vanilla/chocolate swirl ice cream. This place sparks joy

Cute little gift shop with over 20 free samples of flavored green olives, preserves, and pickled items. Shop including locally harvested olives, oils and vinegars, and a selection of wines. Did not eat at the lunch counter so can't review that. Clean bathrooms, decent parking. The kid in the gift shop did not think to wrap my glass purchases so I snagged a paper bag or two and did it myself. I'm not local so it really did need to be wrapped. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would come back.

If you’ve never been here and you love olives, you need to go here. When I walked in, I was greeted by friendly people and shown the tasting bar where you can taste their samples for the day and get an idea of what you might like to buy they have more than olives here, but they’re the best olives they have every kind of olive stuffed with every kind of thing. There’s also a very upscale seating area to enjoy beverages and more. They have olive trees outside of the restaurant so you can see them up close.
