These reviews have to be fake. I used to always bring my car here they are always over priced they didn’t put my screws back after doing an oil change causing the metal plate below to have sparks I went back they zip tied it… I went again recently out of convenience and they put too much oil during the oil change cause my car to go into limp mode and claimed my serpentine belt needed to be changed and my spark plugs took it somewhere else no issues like that at all it was the too much oil and pressure. Take your cars to that little auto shop by midas it’s right next to the churches chicken you have some honest men working there and their prices are solid it’s straight across from midas and next to churches chicken that’s my new spot to go too. Midas is with a dishonest staffing and manager there shame on them

This was a toe-and-go alignment (see before and after alignment sheet attached), and in my opinion that’s a sign of a lazy and dishonest work ethic. I paid $150 for what was supposed to be a full alignment (see services included), but only the toe was adjusted while camber and caster were left out of spec. If I paid for a service that couldn’t be done, why wasn’t I told that before I paid the full amount? Before finishing the original service, I was told there was “a lot of play” in my steering and that it might be the steering gearbox or tie rod ends. The thing is, I had just replaced the steering gearbox and the tie rod ends are in EXCELLENT condition. That immediately made me question the accuracy of what I was being told. I came back the next day for answers and waited around for 2 hours, only to be told that Sal (the technician who SUPPOSEDLY worked on my van) wouldn’t be coming back in and he was the only one who could explain what happened. I came back the NEXT day, and then I was told: - Another employee did the alignment and didn’t know how to do it fully - Someone else would now be redoing the alignment After all of that, I was finally told they couldn’t do the job because the upper control arm bolts were installed backwards. Again, if that was the issue, why wasn’t that identified and communicated the first time before charging me? Over the 3 days I had to deal with this shop, I talked to other customers in the waiting area and noticed a pattern: multiple people being told they needed repairs that are commonly recommended by shops, even when they may not actually be necessary. Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion if you’re told you need major work like: - Steering gearbox - Rack and pinion - Shocks and struts The front desk staff (Sal and the older gentleman in glasses) were not very helpful, and the overall communication was poor. When I asked reasonable questions about why the work hadn’t been completed, the responses were defensive instead of informative. I ended up getting a full refund, but only after multiple visits, hours of waiting, and dealing with incomplete and inconsistent information. I do not recommend this location

Horrible they scraped 3 of my brand new rims that I just bought yesterday. I want my rims replaced. I saw the employee driving my car recklessly. When I went to pick my car up it was not there!!
