I also want to recognize the entire staff—they truly deserve a raise! Everyone helped with kindness, compassion, and a great attitude from start to finish. I highly recommend this location. Trust me, you'll be happy with the service you receive!

RUSTY INSTRUMENTS, 2.5 hours AND NO HELP FOR MY CAVITY! WD only responds to bad reviews, VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH CORPORATE!! Gaslighting staff told me the autoclave was too hot so their instruments are red. I’m a metal smith and my brother in a RN, we know what we see…. They first offered me braces and a deep cleaning but no availability for actual work for 2 weeks. I specifically called to ask about getting the work done same day! Instead I was offed a braces $4k and cleaning because it was $100 w/ins and my cavity $35 MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! My appointment was at 2pm and I was told to show up early for paperwork or go a day early to fill it out. Well, What doctor office is closed on Mondays?! And why should they need to take the whole staff off for lunch for an hour vs allowing people to keep rotating their breaks so patients can go home. I ended up taking the whole afternoon off because it took them 2.5 hours to try ti convince me to no avail. What a waste of time! I see why people are wanting ti dismantle corporations that more interested in their profit than the care of their patients. Took me 6 calls to finally connect with an actual person to report this complaint and she goes on to tell me that only BAD online reviews were the ones getting ANY ATTENTION.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. As a concerned parent, I am extremely disappointed with the way my family was treated at 288 E. Compton Blvd., Compton, CA 90220. I brought my daughter to this location not once, but twice, and on both occasions her appointment was delayed by three hours. Making families wait that long, especially with a child, is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. During our appointment, which was scheduled for 12:15p.m., we had an issue regarding one of our appointments. Instead of attempting to resolve the matter professionally, a billing department employee called the security guard. Rather than helping to de-escalate the situation, the security guard made rude and unnecessary side comments that left me feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and uncomfortable in front of my family. To make matters worse, Juan’s handling of the situation was unprofessional and only added to my frustration. Families deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism when seeking care for their children not with excessive wait times, poor communication, or disrespectful behavior from staff. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously, reviews how this situation was handled, and provides additional customer service and de-escalation training for both staff and security. No parent should have to experience what my family went through, and I hope meaningful changes are made so other families are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.

I had a great experience at this western dental. The manager is so professional, and did a great job. I could tell that he cares for the office and for his customers. There was a few rude customers that came in and he handled it very professional. I felt very safe at that office. Thank you again for the great work.
