I visited the store because another store messed up with my previous purchase. Jake, the manager was very nice. He took the time to listen to understand the situation and found the way to make it right. Angel was the sales person and he was also very nice! I will go back to this location. Excellent customer service.

WARNING $70 member hidden fee 🚩🚩🚩 My husband and I visited the Fabletics store at Citadel Outlets, lured in by a promotion they advertised. They encouraged us to sign up, but at no point did they disclose a hidden $70 monthly fee. After we signed up, I checked my bank account and saw a $70 charge for both of us. We did some digging, and their membership clearly states it's $70 a month even if you don't buy anything. Cancelling is also extremely difficult. But the worst part is that none of the staff ever told us about this fee. They simply had us sign up for the promotion with no mention of the $70 monthly cost. This kind of secrecy is completely unacceptable. I’m so tired of these brands charging these hidden fees while never being upfront about it. It’s ridiculous.
