usually like the customer service here, but today, no, they don’t even acknowledge you, i get it, you’re with a customer, but at least let us know that you see us, tell us we’ll be helped at least, but nope, nothing, I’ll take my business elsewhere, thank you very much!

TFO has a surprisingly good selection of both perfumes and colognes. The prices make me wonder what part of this store is an outlet though, because as far as I could tell everything was priced the same as it would be in the normal retail stores. I even pulled out my phone to check and sure enough, the two items I checked were both MSRP. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great store but don’t expect to save money by going here.

Don’t come here! When I purchased two perfumes, I asked what the return policy was. The girl said 30 days to return, went back to return within the 30 days turns out they don’t do any returns. I had to keep a perfume that smelled terrible on.

Worse customer service. I asked for a perfume today, there was rude Spanish lady she only showed us one of the perfumes. I asked her for more samples, but she said it just one for whole brand. Very rude lady. If I could leave 0 star, I would.

good day, very bad customer service from the manager and the clerk Dalmary and Briamna, the manager spoke to me in English knowing Spanish and her assistant Dalmary came and spoke to me in a racist and derogatory manner, when I asked for help she left me talking to myself and shook me his hand like it didn't matter what I said and only one of the men who was there was nice to me. It should not be the service that should be had with a client because I bought it, invested my money in their store and they only told me that they couldn't do anything because they weren't going to change my perfume. I went to change a perfume that changed its smell when I used it, I asked to change it for quality and they did not want to help me. I never used perfume only when I realized it. but apparently it was too late and I lost my money because the perfume cannot be used
