I went here with my sister twice in 2021 and in 2023 and both times the staff was super nice especially a manager there name Luis who I dealt with both times. He took his time to make sure we were comfortable and happy, which I love him for. :) I hope he is still there. Yes the rooms are a bit outdated but that can be fixed easy with time. And the outlets nearby is such a nice experience. Great place and Awesome staff. We will definitely go back for sure.

If you're staying in Los Angeles or Anaheim for any reason and traveling by car, this is the place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and we found the service to be top notch. The location is sort of midway between attractions in LA and the theme parks in Orange County, so if you're planning to do both then this is a great option. Room fee + parking fee were very reasonable and the area is safe. There may be some traffic noise depending where your room is located, but we were able to sleep comfortably through the night by playing some ambient noise & turning the air conditioning on. Skipped the breakfast buffet as it was a little pricey but there are many places to eat nearby so this was not an issue.

Overall a 3.5. The room was nice enough. Everyone always says “dated” for hotel rooms. Sure but every chain hotel shops at the same store for the fixtures. I like my hotel to be calm, have a bar, and be comfy. Checked all the boxes. Here’s what brought it down. I didn’t get my cookies upon check in. The pool and hot tub were pretty gross. The AC would not shut off after having it on then switching the t stat to off. Could have been better but served its purpose

Relatively small parking. Which I guess is fine because they are not that busy. Charge $18 for a parking pass for two nights. Which is ridiculous since we’re sitting next to a 5 acre mall parking lot so parking should definitely be free. Breakfast is not included. So they charge $27 a day for breakfast which is insane. Basically because they give you real silverware and plates to use and they have somebody making made to order omelettes. Definitely not worth $27 to me. The style of the room still screams 1990s. Trim work worn down. Showerhead doesn’t work very well. Walls and doors have been painted multiple times. Old gold colored hinges with rust on them. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. So I feel like I’m staying in an old roadside and motel.

I always chosen to stay at DoubleTree for holiday in Asia but first visit at this property. Good points : - Great location for shopping at Citadel outlet before heading back home. - Housekeeping, and Restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. Some little things but touching; they always say “Happy Mother’s Day with smiles”. Public Cleaner shown us the way to Fitness Center to fill up drinking water because we checked out in the morning but departure flight at almost midnight so no key card to access. Room for improvement : - If no bellman service, should offer help for trolley because of big luggages for 2 weeks traveling. - Room assignment should be ready for checking in. Bathtub should be checked for draining. The Fridge should be inside not outside room. - Front office should answer the same thing about basic information of bottle drinking water provided for HHonor gold level whether only on arrival or replenished daily. - It would be nice to call guest by name at least on check out with thank you for choosing to stay at this hotel or having a safe flight back home. It’s something at no cost but touching as it’s “Hospitality”
