I came back to yoga after a long time away and found Namaste after much research. The openness of the facility, good lighting and reasonable cost are all important to me. I also know that at my current age I need different work than I did 20 years ago. I feel that I’ve found my place with Namaste and I’ve found my class and instructor with Esperanza and Wall Yoga. Didn’t even know that existed! The stiffness in my hips that is resistant to regular stretching will I think soften with this work and Esperanza’s help. She is a very caring and knowledgeable person. My first class w her was on my birthday and I was so tickled that at the end of class she and my classmates sang happy birthday to me and the front desk people took this pic. I felt like a birthday yoga princess for the day!

I’ve truly enjoyed every class I’ve taken at Namaste—from Cary’s 6:30 a.m. Sunday Rocket Yoga to Rosas’s 5:00 a.m Tuesday Yoga Sculpt class, just to name a few. Every instructor I’ve met has been knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to creating a positive experience. Of all the fitness memberships I’ve had, this has easily been my favorite in the Otay Ranch/Chula Vista area. The classes have helped me improve not only my overall strength and mobility, but also my mindfulness and breathwork. As an active-duty military member who moves frequently, finding a supportive community isn’t always easy. From day one, I’ve been met with kindness, encouragement, and genuine care from both the instructors and staff. I highly recommend Namaste to anyone looking for reasonably priced classes, attentive instructors, and a welcoming environment focused on improving overall well-being. With such a wide variety of class styles, there’s truly something for everyone. Thank you, Namaste, for everything you do!

The 10:30 a.m. Hot Pilates class with Cary was absolutely fabulous all around. This class left me feeling motivated, happier, and regulated. Community, environment, instructor, and workout everything exceeded my expectations. Cary was so welcoming. She recognized me, introduced herself, and immediately made me feel comfortable. The entire class was filled with positive energy. Everyone was vocal, supportive, and welcoming as well, which made it easy to feel like part of the community. I even spoke with several people afterward, and they were just as friendly and encouraging. As for the workout, Cary does not play around. She keeps you on your toes, and her playlist kept me engaged from start to finish. I found myself taking fewer breaks because the energy and flow of the class were so strong. You will definitely feel the burn. Her teaching style is authentic and encouraging. She explains movements well, helps with adjustments, and is very real about embracing the challenge of the workout. I also appreciated the studio itself. One feature that really stood out to me was the mini daycare area where children can play while parents work out such a thoughtful amenity. If you're looking for a workout that will push you while surrounding you with positive energy, Cary class is definitely worth taking.

The front desk staff is incredible. They really should teach customer service to some of the neighboring business. Especially Adriana. I thought she was a manager because of her energy and the way she knows everyone who walks in. Talita, Nikki, Rosa, Pam, and Nancy are the most incredible instructors! I feel comfortable taking modifications or breaks, I always am greeted with positivity, and these women are true inspirations! I just love this community here at namaste.

Beautiful studios, they offer a variety of classes & host small business pop-ups frequently. Staff is very welcoming, and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivate all of their students! Child care is also available. 💚 love that the founder and manager also take the time to get to know the students and recognize us by name along with their amazing staff!
