Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a huge concern of mine, especially when using gyms. Chuze Fitness is always clean and the facilities are well kept. Staff: The staff at all the locations I’ve been to have all been extremely helpful, have a great attitude, and treat their customers with respect. This reflects greatly on your company. A little positivity and kindness may not seem like much, but it goes a long way and it is noticeable. Thank you for that. Equipment: The equipment is kept in good condition and is always working. The machines are new and work well. Price/Ammenities: The price point is really good compared to other gyms offering similar things. Not only that, but the $9.99 monthly membership is a great deal for people on a budget. The amenities are awesome and I really like different massage chairs and saunas you have available for post workout. Overall: I would definitely recommend Chuze Fitness to all my family and friends. You guys definitely get an A+

I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and have never really had any issues. The facility is always clean, well maintained, and the staff is generally really friendly. There’s been a few changes that I wanted to point out and really prompted this review. First, this location recently got brand new cardio equipment and I love it. The whole place feels brand new. There’s more of the machines that I use, very convenient. And I think the treadmill/stair climber machine ratio is way better now. Second, the staff here has been great. I usually just come in and out, not a lot of interaction. No complaints. Recently though, there are some new faces and everyone I’ve seen has been super friendly and positive. Finally, I want to shout out to Aliyah (sp?). The day after the new machines were installed my car keys fell into one of the cardio machines and she was the one helped me out. It happened on a weekend when the maintenance crew was off. I feel like it would’ve been really easy for anyone to half attempt it and kind of shrug it off and ask me to come back another day. Aliyah genuinely tried to help me out and ended up getting my keys for me out of a machine that, I’m assuming, she wasn’t familiar with because they just installed them. Long review, but I really wanted to give a shout out to this location for the general level up and to Aliyah for the help!

It’s ok but it could be better imo. Wish there were mirrors on the wall by the synthetic turf area. Employees are ok, they really do well on keeping the working out area clean. To me, this location has a more friendly atmosphere and gym culture:))

It served its purpose. Really disappointed there was always machines that “out of service” took forever to repair. Majority of the staff was friendly. Manager sucked. A short Latina that worked at the desk had attitude. Reason why I left is bc staff complained about my shirts. Apparently “ certified torta pounder” is an offensive shirt. Manager and that short Latina threatened to revoke my membership. I canceled my almost two year membership that very day.

Want to start off by saying this specific Chuze location is amazing! I tried zumba for the first time and instructor was amazing. I look forward to coming to this gym because of the amazing staff who never fail to greet me. Young ladies who work front desk are all so sweet and kind. This location is very clean as well. Highly recommend.
