Missing weights. Broken Machines. Lockers for keys don't work. If you own this gym just know the gym down the street Chuze is always packed. No missing weights. Machines work. Lockers for keys always working. I have been going to LA Fitness for over 12 years. About to stop and start at Chuze.

Its a barely an okay gym. The women’s bathroom always smells bad, half the machines are out of order consistently, it’s so hard to get sanitation swipes (they’re always gone or moved). Any basic necessity that should be included with your subscription is almost always not here. It’s just dirty in here. Only reason I come here is because it’s close to my house, and sometimes it doesn’t get as busy on the weekends.

Visiting from arizona. Smaller LA Fitness but pretty good shape. Indoor walking Track is unique. But no dedicated Ab machines that I could find. Very busy location. Here Sunday afternoon after 3pm

Adding to previous review: Updating my review because I have still received ZERO response from management. I previously reported that I left a white water bottle at this location and was explicitly told by an employee (Abraham) that it would be held for me. When I returned, the item was gone and no one took responsibility. What’s even more concerning is the complete lack of follow-up. I have reached out and have been ignored. This is not about a water bottle anymore — it’s about accountability and basic customer service. If staff are giving false information and management refuses to respond, that reflects a serious problem at this location. I will be escalating this further. If you value your belongings, be careful — this gym clearly does not take responsibility for customer property or communication. Older review: Very disappointing experience at this location. Last week, I accidentally left behind a white water bottle after my son’s swimming class. I called the same day and spoke with an employee named Abraham, who assured me they would hold it for me until the following week. When I returned today, I was told that no one knew where my item was and that the gym is “not responsible.” This is unacceptable. I did exactly what I was supposed to do by calling immediately, and I relied on the employee’s word. Being told one thing and then dismissed later shows a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. Management needs to address this. If staff cannot be trusted to follow through on simple requests, it reflects very poorly on customer service. I will be following up with a formal complaint.

The men's sauna is barely 130F, not hot enough to provide any benefit, and it smells incredibly bad. There is months worth of trash built up on the heater. The sauna shouldn't smell and feel like a wet fart.
