We visited Shakey's during a very busy time, but the experience was still great! The food was delicious, and what really stood out was the excellent customer service. One of the workers, I didn't catch her name but her hair was in pigtails was especially friendly and welcoming. Even though it was busy, she checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and attentiveness really made a difference. Great food, great service, and a wonderful experience overall. We'll definitely be coming back!

Definitely a good experience right as you walk in you're greeted with welcome and as you leave they say thanks and goodbye. The staff is focused during bunch of lunch time during the week. They do the refills on the pizzas as well as the other proteins and pastas pretty regularly as well as the wipes off the tables in the dining area pretty consistently keeping things clean. Just an overall we know what this is about and we're here to serve. Definitely make sure to leave a tip like I did even though I don't think it's required or noticed but nonetheless they work hard help him out. As for the food the salad bar is fairly decent Lot of options on the toppings hit and miss on the lettuce so just filter through. The proteins beginning with the chicken was decent the batter on the skin was a little lacking in flavor and as was the pork riblets. Didn't try the pasta or the grain based offerings other than moving on to the pizza Pizzas; were OK as you know from Shakey's the crusts were crisp and there was enough cheese on the pizzas. Drink station sufficed allowing you to get sodas/ras tea/lemonade, tea-sweet or unsweet and water with lemon option. All in all good experience will return the manager's doing it right and the employees seem enthusiastic about being there. Monday - Friday: $14.99 per adult. Saturday - Sunday: $15.99 per adult. Seniors: A $1.50 discount is typically available. Beverages: These are usually not included in the buffet price and cost approximately $2.00 extra. Hours: Served daily from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Menu: Includes unlimited pizza, fried chicken, Mojo Potatoes, pasta, and a full salad bar.

I honestly just came in to use the bathroom. The food bar looked so good I got an individual pizza. I’m not sure if I was hungry the or the pizza was really that good! I ate it while driving it was so good and fresh. I’m definitely coming back with my kids. Staff was super nice and polite. It’s a very clean environment including the bathroom.

Weelllllll... Visited this establishment for the first time, my buddy that lives in Carson recommended it. The bathrooms suckeddd one of the toilets was clogged and the other only bathroom was smelly had a weird funky smell. The ceilings were yellow instead of the white original color for those types of ceilings. The people that were sitting beside us left and the empty plates and left over food sat there for hours and the servers would pass by see the dirty tables (3) and wouldn't clean it up. Even though the food was good but the cleanliness of the restaurant would not convince me to try eating there 1 more time

We love Shakey’s! The food was delicious and full of flavor, but what really made our visit stand out was the service. Mayte welcomed us right away and made us feel right at home . She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience great. We’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the great food and atmosphere, but because of the amazing service from Mayte.
