I had a great experience at Washington Dental in Carson. The clinic has a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, with modern and well-maintained facilities that help make the whole dental experience more pleasant and relaxing. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. I would especially like to give special recognition to Brenda for the excellent service she provided. She was very attentive, patient, and professional throughout the process, and I truly appreciated the care and effort she put into her work. Thank you, Brenda, and the entire Washington Dental Carson team, for the excellent service and for making my visit a comfortable and positive experience. Highly recommended! 👍😊

I was a little skeptical since I haven’t been to a dentist in a while but I had a great experience at Washington Dental! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They were right on time, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and helped me work out a payment plan that fit my needs. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. Highly recommend Washington Dental on Carson Street.

My crown came off and they were able to schedule me in on the same day. The staff were very personable and accommodating, especially Brenda who operated on my teeth. The manager provided me with a copy of my treatment plan to take home, and the doctor gave me a referral to see a tmj specialist. All in all, I was very satisfied with my visit.

I had such a great experience at Washington Dental in Carson! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming — from the reception team to the entire staff. They truly made every step of the process easy and stress-free, even though I had several procedures done. I also really appreciate how they always call to confirm appointments and how accommodating they are when scheduling — it makes such a difference! A special thank you to Marvella and Michelle — they couldn’t have been any better! Their care, professionalism, and positive energy made my visits so much more comfortable. They up charge you and are inefficient. I would get a second opinion. Their treatment plans are aggressive as they likely are trying to maximize their revenues. I find it hard to believe that my husband and I both went in for a consultation given their great reviews and came out separately with about a $4k treatment plan each. For context, my husband had a cleaning at another office just 6 months prior and had healthy teeth. We went to a different clinic and they were both much more efficient, had a wait and watch approach, and were honest about what we really needed. No aggressive treatment plan necessary. Also I think the clinic, since it’s a chain, is trying to pump out patients. So the doctors just came in told us what we needed, didn’t really introduce themselves and give you that personal touch, which is important to us. Again, I’d get a second opinion.
