I've had a great experience at Packard Dental in Carlsbad. The entire team is friendly, professional, and makes every visit comfortable from start to finish. The office is clean, well-organized, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly. A special thank you to Ashlen, who is an outstanding dental hygienist. She is gentle, thorough, and very attentive, making cleanings comfortable and stress-free. She takes the time to answer questions and offers helpful tips for maintaining good oral health. Her professionalism and caring attitude really stand out. I highly recommend Packard Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care. If you have the opportunity to see Ashlen, you're in great hands!

Absolutely a superlative experience! I am normally (like most) apprehensive about going to the dentist but the people at Packard allayed all my concerns...on my first visit. The staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. They made me feel at ease immediately. I met with Dr. Joy and she was knowledgeable, very involved and personable and very competent. Her exam gave me an honest and detailed evaluation and she advised a realistic and comfortable treatment plan. Moreover, the cleaning with Eric on first visit was also superb. He is like the rest of the staff excellent and very personable. I am convinced this is the perfect dentist for me. Highly recommended with no equivocation.

I had a very pleasant first time visit to Packard Dental. I was inquiring about some cosmetic dental work and the entire staff was very welcoming. Dr Matt took his time to review all of my options and his recommendations. From start to finish I felt appreciated and very comfortable. No pressure, just a thorough exam and I left with a desirable treatment plan.

She is extremely knowledgeable and her expertise and genuine kindness have given me total confidence in her. Jayna is my hygienist and has given me the best cleanings and care as well as being a total delight. I cannot say enough good things about this office. I highly and totally recommend!

My family has been going to Packard Dental for 10 years now. Dr. Matt and all the staff are so kind. My parents recently stopped driving, and they have made it possible for both of them to get their teeth cleaned at the same time as me. I am so grateful for their flexibility and dedication to our healthy smiles.
