Honestly, getting repairs done at the shop when you know you can handle some of them on your own but time and blah blah… Carlsbad Auto Service was able to do a last minute Brake job when my brake line when out on the way to work. Next day delivery, and they didn’t try to upcharge me on their repairs that they brought to my attention but weren’t necessarily road concerns. I appreciate med that very much! It’s hard to pay full price for anything these days ! Highly recommended for their user friendly, tech forward automated messages and updates along with super easy invoicing, all digital if you would like!

I had my old 1995 Jeep Wrangler towed there as it would not start. They received it without me there, kept it garaged (no top) and were very communicative through the diagnostic and repair process. Repairs done in a reasonably quick timeframe. Price seemed on par with another quote I got. Although pricey, it was necessary and expected due to the labor involved. Notably, I felt a sense of trust, customer service, and speed that my former shop was no longer delivering.

We took our son's truck in to have a problem diagnosed, and Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the process. He sent us a detailed inspection report that included photos and videos, which helped us clearly understand the condition of the truck. I was very impressed and truly appreciated the thoroughness of the inspection. I highly recommend Carlsbad Auto Service and the team for their professionalism, transparency, and excellent service.

My experience there was extraordinary from the moment they checked in my car until the work was complete. There was constant communication about their findings. I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. My communication throughout was with Dave and he was outstanding, a pleasure to interact with. I felt like they cared and wanted to resolve my cars issues. I had been to another shop and they were never able to solve the problem. In fact they insisted that nothing was wrong. Dave immediately acknowledged that I had an issue and identified what he felt might be the issue. They repaired the issue and also solved additional issues. Not only did they solve my problems, the price was reasonable and the experience was pleasant. Thank you Dave I appreciate you and your team!
