I bought a 2026 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium, and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! They got me in and out in about an hour, from test drive to filling out the paperwork, and I was all set. The entire process lasted about an hour and a half. It was the fastest, most convenient, and overall best car purchase and experience I’ve ever had! The sales rep, dealership manager, and financial manager were all professional and answered all my questions. If I had a question, they handled it quickly and got me out of there. As I said, it took about an hour and a half from the test drive to final paperwork and signatures. Best dealership, and the most amazing staff. They were all on point. Update*** there services department is on fire! I came into the service department because I had a tire that was leaking turned out.There was a screw or nail something in the tire.They were able to patch it up within about fifteen twenty minutes of me getting there service department was awesome.The person that helped me was Thai and he was on point. He got the tire patched up and ready to go, as I said within about, maybe 15 to 20 minutes after I got there and brought it in so helpful. So polite showed me what was wrong with the tire. They patched it and got me on my way free of charge. Thank you so much, Toyota, Santa Cruz. I'm so happy that I bought my car and got my first service through you guys. It has been a blessing. After my previous Nissan Rogue and all of it's issues. This has been literally the best car buying experience as well as the best service experience that I've had in a long time. So thank you again, so much, guys for all of your help. And doing what you're do best taking care of your customers.

I bought a new Prius here a few weeks ago - it's my first Toyota, first new car, and first time buying through a dealership. It's about an hour away from home for me, but I'm glad I bought here. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional. Chris Meyer was great - helpful, good communication, and I never got that classic "car salesman" type of feeling from him at any point. There was no pressure from him or the sales manager to trade in my old car or get any of the available add-ons; they offered, accepted a "no thanks," and moved on. (I did end up agreeing to a maintenance plan I didn't really want in the finance office, but I was able to cancel it easily online so that didn't sour the whole experience.) I already had the specific car I wanted picked out when I went in - from start to finish, including the test drive, I was there a little under three hours. I hope I won't need a new car again any time soon, but when the time comes I'll look here first.

I had the pleasure of working with Joey(redhead;)) and purchased a Crown Signia. Initially, my husband, and I had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the sales associates. So much so, that we were considering going down to Salinas or over to San Jose to purchase our Toyota. Joey SAVED THE DAY by stepping in and providing us with professional,honest, and amazing customer care. He got the absolute best deal for us. He really knew all the features of the car from engine through technology and made the long process of signing contracts through final purchase a joy. If you’re looking for a no stress, non-pressure experience of purchasing a high-quality vehicle, Joey gets 10 stars. On a separate note, I have never been to a nicer dealership. They offer an espresso machine, still and sparkling water on tap and a luxurious lounge for those who wait for their cars to be serviced. Thanks to Joey, Tom and the Finance Manager, I am a loyal Toyota fan:)
