Having my teeth cleaned with Nancy was wonderful as usual. However when I walked into the office I was greeted with an unpleasant scent and saw a scent candle on the counter. I was under the impression that all Healthcare facilities were scent free for good reason. I was told they could take it off the counter but as long as it's in the office I'm going to smell it. If you're going to continue the practice of having sense in the office I will have to find another dentist. I hate to say that because I really like the new dentist. July 15 I'm adding this note since speaking with Dr Vincent and staff. They were very responsive to my concerns about the fragrance and have removed all scented candles. So the office is now fragrance free. I was impressed with how responsive the staff was. They listened and responded in a very positive way. I highly recommend this office

Overall wonderful experience! Starting when you walk through the door. The front office staff is very friendly, inviting and professional! The doctor and technicians are friendly, professional and knowledgeable! They worked hard to make me as comfortable as possible.

Knowledgeable dentist and great assistent. Happy with my new crown so far. I wasn’t as pleased with the temporary Hygenist but I understand that she isn’t there anymore.

I saw Dr. Vincent 6 months ago, and have nothing since. My last visit, he decided not to to give me anything to numb the tooth area......until I started crying. In my first meeting with Dr. Vincent, i asked about toothpastes without fluoride. He started going off about knowing the conspiracy theories blah blah blah.... I actually work at New Leaf and had question about other ingredients. Very condescending....Will never go back. Cares more about his art than his patients....very arrogant.

Dr. Vincent is very thorough and is good at explaining the procedures. I recently had an emergency after hours and he was able to accommodate me the following day.
