This is my go-to-spot when we visit here from the East Coast. I have been coming for five years and each year gets better. Love the new owner Michelle. The instructors are all top notch and the admin staff (Hannah, Fiona and the rest) are very friendly and helpful. The studio is very clean and the equipment is upscale.

Really enjoyed Thomas’s hot vinyasa class. I’ve been practicing for 15 years and it was quite challenging. The humidity and heat left me feeling invigorated and cleansed. The pace was perfect. I’d be a regular if I were lucky enough to live in Santa Cruz!

I absolutely love Hot Elevation Studios, and I especially want to give kudos to Katie for her Hot Bar 45 class — it's my favorite! Katie is a true rockstar. This class is incredible — so much fun and always so effective. I appreciate how she focuses on different parts of the body every Wednesday, making each session unique and challenging. If you're looking for an excellent workout, especially for your legs, this class is perfect. Just a heads-up to sign up early because it fills up quickly. Thank you so much, Katie, for being such an amazing person and an even more fantastic teacher. You genuinely make every class a highlight of my week!!!!

Hot elevation studios in Capitola, Ca is my favorite place to practice, yoga and ride a cycle & do some TRX. This place is ideal. If you like it hot hot, hot !! The people are nice and there is lots of room and space to practice the have showers and even adorable clothes to choose from if you forget something, they have mats and towels and everything you need one stop shop, Yoga Center I totally recommend this place five thumbs up!!! 👍 👍👍👍👍then go up the street and jump into the ocean !!!
