We had a fantastic meal at Pete's. We celebrated my husband's birthday and they did a wonderful job making it very special. The service was impeccable..They came back to our table many times to make sure that we are happy with our drink, happy with our food , checking to see if we were ready to order, always making sure that we are taking care of. Our server, Lar introduced himself upon coming to our table and was very personable, he did a great job making our experience very memorable. Can't wait to go back again! Be sure to make reservations. We lucked out and arrived during the happy hour and we were able to get a couple of our drinks and our appetizer at a discount. Lovely views of the ocean and somewhat of a glimpse of the sunset.

This place has incredible staff Larry was absolutely great and so was everyone else we interacted with. The food was definitely a repeat for us and the menu did not disappoint at all. It's a great atmosphere, and a great place to enjoy date night or a relaxed evening with friends. Their menu offers fresh ingredients locally sourced which is fantastic to see. I would recommend this to anyone going to visit the area and will be coming back.

We got the squid pasta in tomato sauce, lobster roll, wagyu burger and creamy kids pasta, all very refreshing (not too heavy) and delicious. The patio seating got a good view of the river flowing toward the ocean and the colorful Capitola Village.

The oysters were fresh, and the lobster roll was the best I’ve had. Gin Martini and Aperol spritz were refreshing. Service was speedy and thoughtful. Can’t beat the view of the ocean and Capitola beach!

"After a terrible experience elsewhere, we stumbled upon this place and it was exactly what we needed! The host was welcoming, the table was spacious, and we didn’t feel rushed for a single moment. We enjoyed a long, slow dinner with great food and scotch on the rocks, ending with a lovely dessert. Highly recommend for a relaxed, enjoyable meal!"
