I had a great experience bringing my vehicle in for service, and I especially want to thank Christopher Hugo for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the entire process. He took great care of my vehicle, kept me informed, and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s always nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares about the customer and takes pride in their work. Christopher made the whole service experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate his help and attention to detail. Highly recommended — definitely a 5-star experience!

I regularly service my Volvo SUV at this location because they are so professional. I get a loaner car while the car is serviced and get updated on the progress and ETA via sms and phone. The overall experience is very positive. Crystal, Aldo and Rick are the people I interface with and they are all great!

I sincerely appreciate the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to Volvo of Burlingame. Michael was particularly helpful, ensuring I was fully informed regarding the necessary repairs and the associated costs. I was impressed that the service was completed in only a few hours, which is a significant improvement over my previous experiences at Volvo Palo Alto. Since transitioning to this location, I have found the appointment scheduling process to be seamless. Additionally, your team's consistent availability of necessary parts allows for timely maintenance, which I greatly appreciate. I had a wonderful experience at Volvo Burlingame and can’t recommend Vincent and Tommy enough. They were both incredibly professional, welcoming, and easy to talk to from the moment I walked in. Vincent gave me a thorough test drive and really helped me get to know the car. He was patient, thoughtful, and made the whole process feel comfortable. Tommy was also incredibly professional and welcoming throughout. They are truly the best sales team I’ve met, and I would highly recommend Volvo Burlingame, especially Vincent and Tommy, to anyone considering a Volvo.

Wife took V60 PE for scheduled service. The following day I noticed this mess on the garage floor after she left for work. Had to pull up my new garage flooring that I installed the previous week to clean the mess. Have it scheduled to go back on Monday the 8th. That will be the last time it goes to that dealership. UPDATE: Seems the service tech didn’t replace the O ring on the filter housing. This is how much oil leaked just pulling it into my garage.
