I just bought a certified pre-owned 2025 Impreza AWD Wagon last week. Normally when Ive gone to look at cars, it’s been after hours, so I can look for what I want in peace. But not this time…I met Avery, who gave me the space to look without pressuring me. I came back three days later on Wednesday (cuz I wasn’t ready to buy that night) after communicating with Avery-to make sure the car was still available-fully ready to make that beautiful pure red Impreza mine. I liked the fact that it was Avery who I was dealing with during the entire process (he even waited around while I was in the finance office); at the end Avery handed me thr second key and the thick packet of manuals. I highly recommend Avery. He’s one of the good guys. He doesn’t pressure, yet stays close by in case you have questions or want to test out one of the cars. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE my Subaru!!!!’ 🚘

OK, so can I give Chris and this shop a 10 star review? They are Awesome! They are extremely transparent and honest. Everyone is the best! So I trusted ChatGPT and changed the battery by myself. But I couldn’t tighten the negative terminal. There was a possibility that I will need to change the battery or change the negative terminal clamp. That would cost me a lot. But they fixed it without charging me anything. It’s very rare to find a honest shop nowadays.

Omg what a year. I been having car trouble with my old car. I then made a mistake buying a car on the street. I don't know what I was thinking! I end up getting rid of it. I reach out to Miguel Reyes at Putnam Subaru. He helped and gave me hope. He work so hard and made my life easier! I told him my troubles and concerns I had and he understood them. I recently bought a new Subaru Crosstrek from here. Dominic was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars features, differences and financing options.
