I used to come here all the time to get a meal for my lunch breaks when I worked in the area. This Safeway locations is fairly clean and safe. The staffs here are welcoming, well trained and understanding where I never encountered an issue at any of my visits. The food here is very fresh, made daily, and bang for the buck. There are some tables to dine at which is a plus so you can enjoy your food while it is still hot at your convenience. I highly recommend this place to anyone on a limited time, if you can not think of what to eat or if you just so happen to be in the area. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

The store is clean and has a great selection of food. They also have a pharmacy, a deli, free parking, and the staff is very polite. I definitely recommend this Safeway.

Your staff hung the phone up on me several times it was a complete joke. One woman tried to help but got disconnected. Staff at Burlingame location was unacceptable and I will never shop again. As a lifetime customer I’m putting this behind me. After about 3 hours of trying to get help with the order I never received but was still charged. This after the Burlingame customer service Woman hung up on me for politely asking her name. Thought it was a mistake but she hung up on me several more times. Long story short they didn’t refund me what I was owed. If you want to spend $50 for some basil and yogurt this is your app. If you’re lonely and you want to spend your days on the phone speaking with support staff all around the world this is your app. Just don’t be fooled into thinking you’re gonna get what you ordered and that you will receive any help (especially from the Burlingame staff) in resolving your issue. This is the second review I have ever written. Just never been so upset with the service.

One of the cleanest Safeways I have been to in the Bay Area. Wide selection of vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, frozen food items, desserts, and baked goods. Decent selection of wine, beer, and spirits. Plenty of parking on the ground floor, although it is usually a very busy parking lot. There’s a large parking lot on the second floor as well.

I love this Safeway, especially now after it was remodeled. It looks AMAZING inside. I shop there 2-3 times a week and always have a good experience. The employees are super nice and helpful.
