Shocked by the positive reviews. This planet fitness is the planet fitness stereotype. Other ones near by have really stepped up their game but this location has broken equipment, peeling wallpaper, no staff on the floor cleaning up, poor gym etiquette of most patrons, it smells BAD, oh and, found feces on one of the women's toilet’s seat.

PF has rules posted about not wearing spaghetti strap tops or revealing clothing, but they'll play naked and afraid on two of the TVs by the treadmills that shows bare rear ends and lightly blurred fronts. If I wanted to see that stuff I'd go to Crunch Fitness. What happened to no gymtimidation at the Buena Park Planet Fitness? What's the point of posting the dress code when there's bare butts on the TV? I asked the staff workers at the front desk to change it and they refused. If you want to watch softcore porn during cardio then stop by on Sundays at 1pm I guess. You won't see me there. To say something nice, the machines count reps and I like the warmer lighting than other PFs I go to. PF staff members have always been friendly to me.

The clubs are good. The music is noise...same constant beat n tone... sounds like kareoke. Wheres the real music. Employees tell U its cobtrolled centrally then they tell U its programed by the guests. Sounds likw the same cd.. soneones personal favorite n not belonging to a guest...annoying. also blk membership means using all gyms. Treated unwelcome by 1 employee at Lake Forest location last 3 xs who wouldnt ck me in or let me use hydromassage. Called main line... found this employee is reading something incorrectly n acting like its fact when it is not... again so annoying. I like planet fitness. Plz get your info correct I cancelled planet fitness during pandemic n planned to return 1 yr later so my membership was cancelled. This employee seems to think i became negligent on payments when in fact i had not been a member fir 5 yrs due to health issues...n i clearly had cancelled during covid xs. If one cannot access a gym why pay????? Employees who dont do their jobs suck. Tgis guy told me they had placed my acct in collections??? Really? After i had cancelled due to covid n hadnt wntered gym in 5 yrs? Again plz do your jobs or U mess up peoples schedules n credit. Ridiculous

Great gym. A little full for the summer as I believe they offer free hours to high school students. But it's a great thing for society they do that.

Large curly haired New Yorker looking guy looks at me like he doesn't believe me says "which part?" When i tell him the bathroom is getting pretty bad I say "The showers, trash all over the floor, slime etc" He looks down at the floor and I swear if we were outside he woulda spit on the ground but like, it FELT Like he was spitting at my feet as he said Yeah I'll get right on it meeting my eyes quickly and looking away In a classic -$&#@ off kid- expression of sarcasm Enjoy this video of the locker room 🧟 Edit: After reading other reviews I'm not the first person to notice this But this is my first experience as a PF customer My wife and I just signed up yesterday I came in as her guest Nice first impression guys bravo 👏
