You are all legit amazing! I really like to support my local shops, but I had Amazon credit to spend. I searched through the actual sellers of the board I wanted on amazon and it all seemed like fake warehouse shops, and came across you guys, looked you up, and went with you. I wanted to at least support a REAL board shop, even if its across the country. I could not spring for the $70 quick 3-day shipping to get in more days I have left this season on it. So it was supposed to show up in about 8 days with standard delievery. No worries, I was still stoked. Literally 3 days after I order Fedex came with my board, from all the way on the other side of the country. You all STILL shipped it 2 day fedex for me without me paying the extra, that is AMAZING, I am so thankful. And amazed at the level of customer service here Im setting up my new T rice 20th anniversary board now and going to the mountain in the morning to shred some spring snow. We ended up at this place for our first time skiing and everyone was so helpful and patient. Shout out to Alex for helping me fit my boots and explaining the equipment! Awesome experience!

Simply the best and the fastest. If you don’t know anything. They surely do and will guide you through all the process. From the pick up to the return is very easy and fast. They have all the sizes and everything The working hours are really good and based on the resort schedules.

Probably the best store ive been to in terms of customer service. The employees are knowledgeable snowboarders who love the sport. They sold me and my buddy each a pair of Solomon boots, recommended to me after I just couldn’t find a responsive pair of boots. It was perfect and comfortable. The boa on mine broke and they fixed it free of charge. I couldn’t pick it up and they shipped it to me for free. Thanks Jeff!
