I got to the infrared sauna two times each week. At first I was embarrassed to splurge on myself, but I quickly embraced how amazing I felt during and after each session. I so look forward to my ritual! It's an important date I keep with myself. the space is tranquil, beautifully maintained, and the tea selection is excellent. highly recommend checking out WORTHY!

First of all, how can you not just love the name?! I had a wonderful, first experience here, trying the EMS facial Treatment for the first time... It was great! I can actually see a tiny difference right away… But more importantly, my therapist, Keira, Was super nice, kind and reassuring the whole time. I'm going to try out a few more treatments and then potentially sign up for one of their monthly memberships with wellness treatments regularly. I'm worthy!

Loved the warmth of their staff, the peaceful environment and the overall energy. 💖 I am looking forward to returning to experience some of their other offerings. I would have rated it a 5 star if they offered temperature variations for their cold plunge, as a 40 degree plunge for a first timer was too shockingly cold. However my guide was so attentive and wonderful. I will absolutely return for other services but not their cold plunge as I feel a more beginners temperature in the mid 50’s might be more accessible for me.

Been here twice now and it was just as amazing the second time as it was the first! No matter how I’m feeling going in, I feel absolutely calm, serene and renewed when I walk out. Did a guided cold plunge w/ Kayla & sauna last time and it was an incredible experience!! She made me feel at ease while going through the meditation and really helped me relax and let go while dealing with a lot of anxiety and self judgement.

I came to Worthy because of skin and energy concerns that no traditional doctor was able to successfully address. My consultation was fantastic. I felt listened to and understood and I received an immediate suite of new and doable solutions. Worthy's level of care and expertise with the whole body system is really impressive. I feel grateful to have this resource in our community.
