Lovely yoga studio. Great variety of classes and fantastic teachers (thank you!). The MLK studio is very bright and peaceful. They lend you yoga mats and other props you might need. I highly recommend, for all levels!

I was invited by my niece to try gentle yoga. I didn’t have a clue of what to expect. My first experience with yoga was Bikram. The second was @ 24 hour fitness, and I struggled, but made it. This experience was EVERYTHING!! I love it and will definitely be returning.

I have loved every class at Green Yogi so far! I started with the 3-week introductory offer, which was a great way to explore different classes! A wonderful community of people, everyone is so warm and welcoming here. I feel comfortable as a beginner yogi to try out new things. The instructors are very compassionate and knowledgeable. As someone who struggles with chronic back pain, I have particularly enjoyed Carly and Kari's Yin classes. I also loved Sonya's Saturday vinyasa–the flow was incredible. As a graduate student, I also really appreciate their student discount. I really look forward to taking more courses here and continuing my practice with this community!

Without a doubt, the best yoga studio I've ever attended. It's a warm, welcoming space that is relaxing, and the quality of the teachers is outstanding. Maria Christina is one of the best teachers imaginable, and Julie got me through multiple pregnancies and postpartum periods. It's a jewel, and I can't wait for more wine and yoga nights when it's safe to have them again!
