Joaquin is truly outstanding and absolutely deserves a raise. My wife and I asked him plenty of questions, and he handled every single one with exceptional calm, patience, and respect. His professionalism and attitude made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable. He is hands down one of the best representatives i have came across at Nike after visitng a lot of stores between Canada and US as i traveled a lot by road. An amazing, amazing experience, well done, Joaquin. Every time I will pass through Tejon on my way from Sacramento to LA, I will make it a point to stop at this location because of him.

VANESSA DESERVES A RAISE! I was driving home from vacation, short on time and unable to turn car off due to battery problems. We were just trying to get home to prepare for school starting in two days on Monday. When my son tells me he has holes in his shoes and the elastic band popped off. I was frantic on where I was going to find a pair of 7.5, black, slip on, Nikes with arch support for running in two days. We searched online everywhere. Nothing. And started calling stores. I called several, and nobody was willing to help or cared. Until I called and spoke with Vanessa at the Nike Outlet in Tejon, CA. I explained my problem and she was so understanding and patient with me, she went back and forth on the phone and came back with several options in his size, requirements and my price range. I got there, ran in to pay and they were perfect!! She even walked me through how to add the Nike app for an additional 15% off. I was thrilled and so thankful for her patience and help. AND my son loves them and wears them everyday! She is DEFINITELY a keeper and deserves a raise. THANK YOU VANESSA!

We snagged some shoes, shorts, and socks for our trekking tomorrow! Got them at a sweet deal, and the store was huge. The collections were on point too!

I walked in here with the thoughts I wasn’t going to find any shoes in my size (13 1/2 or 14) to my surprise and thankfully I remain the grand optimist haha I was fortunate enough to grab a pair of shoes. Not only did I get help instantly I ended up even getting a new box! The woman at the front noticed I wasn’t from the area and she gladly struck up a conversation, we ended up getting everyone in on it! This is by far the best Nike outlet I have been to in recent memory keep up the great work everyone

Really nice store. Attentive associates. Selection was a little homogenous though.
